What we process
When you send a request through the form, we receive the details you enter: name, email, optionally phone number, company and location, and your description of the job. We also store which page the form was sent from and when.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your request and give you a quote. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to enter into a contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients
The form is delivered via Cloudflare (hosting) and SMTP2GO (email delivery) to our inbox at Google. They only process the information to provide their service. We never sell or pass your information on to anyone else.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If the enquiry leads to an agreement, we keep the information for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics (number of visits and page views). It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other websites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your information, and to object. Write to [email protected]. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
